• Founded in 1972 Holmes & Brown Builders are a South Auckland based construction company specialising in both high-end residential and large commercial projects. Thanks to us continually striving for perfection and a small key-staff turnover we have built a history of quality workmanship and happy customers.
• Our field management personnel all have years of experience in managing construction projects; they are empowered to address and solve any problems that can arise occasion-ally on site. Marcus Holmes – Owner/Contracts manager: -With 30 years in the building industry both on the tools and now in the office, Marcus sets the platform that we all work from.
Lee Lees Saunders– Site Manager/ Qualified Carpenter: -Lee has over 8 years building experience. He is highly capable in site and team management. His attention to detail is second to none.
Tom Smith – Qualified Registered Drainlayer: Having a drainlayer in house is a huge plus, having one of Tommy’s cali-bre and passion is a blessing, laying 80 percent of the drains in Franklin (his estimate!) from the 70’s onwards have given him plenty of experience.

Machinery -Various heavy plant and machinery (diggers/dumptrucks, rollers and compactors etc. This means we can do all our own civil works.
People -Our human assets include Contracts Mangers/Quantity Surveyors, Human Re-sources and Financial Manager, Office Administrator, Digger drivers/Drainlayers, Site fore-men, Carpenters and Apprentices.
Vehicles -A fleet of company owned vehicles fully stocked with the required tools for construction (Powertools, handtools, laser levels etc.
Workshop -A company owned 1200 m² workshop full of joinery machinery for any and all tasks.
